How can I create my first project?
To create your first project in Programa, click the Projects tab in the left-hand navigation bar, then select Create Project in the top-right corner of your screen.
Within your project, you can set up project management tasks, create schedules, build pinboards, embed Canva presentations, and much more.

How can I add products to my schedule?
In Programa, there are several ways to add products to your schedule. You can add items from a URL, using our Web Clipper tool, select from your Product Library, or create custom products. We offer a simple process for importing products either manually or with the help of our AI tools, depending on the level of customization you need.

What is the Client Dashboard?
The Client Dashboard is a centralised portal where clients, consultants and trades can view specifications, invoices, presentations and approvals.

It replaces file attachments and email chains and provides a clear communication channel. Clients can approve or reject items with a click and leave feedback directly on each product or drawing.

How many users can I have in my team?
As many as you like! Your subscription is priced per user, and charged automatically when you add team members to your account.
