How to set up your studio profile and branding

Configure your studio name, location, contact information, and add your company logo to appear on client-facing documents and schedules.

This guide shows you how to add your company information, logo, and terms & conditions so your branding appears consistently across Programa.


Adding your studio information

  1. In the top left of your screen, click the drop-down arrow to the right of your studio name and select Settings

  2. On the settings page, select the Studio tab

  3. Complete the form fields including your organisation name, industry, location, contact details, terms & conditions, etc.

Note: Your Country settings determine the currency and unit of measurement used in your schedules.


Uploading your logo

  1. On the settings page, select the Studio tab

  2. Find the logo section and click Upload Photo (or Replace Photo if updating an existing logo)

  3. Select your logo file and click Open

  4. If needed, resize your image using the crop slider provided

Your logo will appear across all screens in Programa, shared pinboards and schedules, and on your schedule PDF exports.


Adding your terms & conditions

  1. Navigate to the bottom of the Studio page

  2. Add your disclaimer or Schedule Terms & Conditions into the field provided

  3. Scroll down and click Save to confirm your updates

Important: To display your Terms & Conditions on PDFs and shared schedules, you'll need to switch on the 'Terms & Conditions' toggle within your Schedule settings. To do this, head to the 3-dot menu in the top right-hand corner of your Schedule and select it from the dropdown.


Additional permissions for your studio

Enable extra information to streamline processes in the platform.

  • Allow requests to join: When users with the same email sign up, they will be prompted to join your studio if this option is enabled.


What information is shared publicly?

Your organization's name, industry, location, and contact details will not be publicly displayed. However, they will be included in communications when requesting quotes for products, which saves you time.

Your logo and Terms & Conditions will be visible on your shared and exported schedules (when the toggle is enabled).
