The Programa schedule has a dedicated financial view to store and calculate all your essential product pricing information. It cuts down on your time spent working out your client markups and discounts!

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Instructions:

  1. Within your Schedule- Click Financial in the top schedule toolbar to open the financial view

  2. Toggle on the Add Mark-up toggle to the top right of your schedule - this will surface extra calculation fields.

  3. Enter in your Mark-up percentage and this will auto calculate your client savings field, your total client price and your profit. This works both ways, you are able to enter in a total client savings percentage and your client price and mark up fields will auto calculate. Similarly, enter in a final client price to calculate the other relevant fields.

Common Questions:

Can clients see my trade pricing or mark-up percentage?

If you have turned on the "Add Mark-up" toggle, then no, clients will only be able to view the RRP, the percentage client savings and the total client price. Your mark-up percentages and trade price will not show.

If you haven't tuned on your "Add mark-up" toggle, clients will be able to see your Trade price and retail price.
