Simplify client collaboration by sharing a central link to Schedules, Pinboards, and shared files in one accessible location. This guide will walk you through the process of adding these files to your Client Dashboard, ensuring seamless communication and enhanced collaboration with your clients.

Publishing Schedules:

  1. Go to the schedule you want to share and click the Share button.

  2. Turn on the Publish to Client Dashboard toggle.

  3. Add your client's email address in the provided field and click Add.

  4. Use the dropdown arrow in the ‘No Access’ field to choose what information your clients can see. By default, brand, supplier, pricing, and detailed view information will be hidden. You can turn on the associated toggle to publish these fields.

  5. Repeat these steps for each schedule you want to publish on the Client Dashboard.

  6. If you would like to unpublish a Schedule- Go to the schedule you want to remove from the dashboard and click the Share button.

  7. Turn off the Publish to Client Dashboard toggle.

Sharing Files:

  1. Go to your Client Dashboard settings.

  2. Scroll down to the Shared Files section.

  3. Drag and drop files into the field or click the field to select files from your browser.

To delete a shared file, click the red bin icon next to the file name.

Publishing Pinboards:

  1. Go to the Pinboard you want to share and click the Share button.

  2. Toggle on the Publish to Client Dashboard option.

  3. Enter your client's email address in the designated field.

  4. An automatic email notification will be sent to your client, informing them that you have added a pinboard to the dashboard. The email will also include a link for them to access the pinboard.

  5. Include a Thumbnail image that will serve as the main cover image for the pinboard in the client dashboard.

  6. If you need to make edits to the pinboard and prefer that your clients do not have access, you can toggle off the Publish to Client Dashboard option. Toggle it back on when you are ready to share again.

By following these simple steps, you can easily publish and manage schedules, Pinboards shared files on your Client Dashboard.
