The Programa schedule has a dedicated financial view to store and calculate all your essential product pricing information. It cuts down on your time spent doing financial calculations to allow more time to design!

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Instructions:

  1. Within your Schedule- Click Financial in the top schedule toolbar to open the financial view

  2. Type the RRP of the product into the field provided (if applicable)

  3. Type the Trade Price into the field provided (if applicable)

Your schedule will automatically calculate the percentage trade discount and total product cost based on the nominated quantity. This works either way, you can also type in your RRP and your Trade discount and your Schedule will automatically calculate your trade price and total product cost based on the nominated quantity

Common Questions:

Are the prices shown inclusive or exclusive of GST?

We don’t stipulate whether pricing is GST inclusive or exclusive as all of our users like to do it differently. We would suggest choosing whether your prices shown will include or exclude GST and then making a note when you are sending your pricing off to clients.

Can clients see my trade pricing?

If you haven't turned on the "Add Mark-up" toggle, then yes, clients will be able to view your RRP and Trade prices if you have chosen to share pricing with them via PDF or live links sharing options. To hide Trade pricing, ensure that "Add Mark-up" is toggled on.
