How to add Custom Specifications to your Schedule products

This guide shows you how to add custom specifications to any product in your Schedule. Custom Specifications let you enhance product information beyond the standard fields. You can add as many custom specs as needed- whether you're noting grout colour for tiles, wattage for lighting, or fabric details for furniture.

Adding Custom Specifications

  1. Locate the product you want to customise in your Schedule

  2. Click the Details button on the right of the product row to open the Details panel

  3. Scroll down to the Custom Specs section

  4. Click Add Spec button

  5. Enter a Label for your specification (e.g., "Warranty", "Grout colour", "Wattage")

  6. Enter the specific details in the Details field

  7. Click outside the Details panel or move to another product—your changes save automatically

  8. Repeat steps 4-7 to add additional Custom Specs to the same product

Note: Custom Specs appear in the Details panel for internal reference and can be shared with clients when you publish your Schedule to the Client Dashboard.
