How to move, copy, duplicate, archive and delete products in Schedules

Move products between sections or Schedules, create duplicates, and remove items you no longer need. Includes how to archive products and delete entire sections.

This guide shows you how to move, duplicate, copy, and delete products in your Schedules so you can efficiently organize and maintain your project specifications.


Moving products within your Schedule

You can reposition products within the same section or move them to different sections in your Schedule.

Moving a single product within the same section:

  1. Navigate to the product you want to move

  2. Click the Six Dots to the left of your product bar

  3. Drag the product to your desired position

Moving a single product to another section:

  1. Navigate to the product you want to move

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your product row

  3. Select Move to section

  4. Select the Section where you want the product

  5. The product will be added to the bottom of your chosen section

Moving multiple products:

  1. Hover over product rows and check the Checkbox to the left of each product you want to move

  2. Click the Action button in the top toolbar

  3. Select Move to Section

  4. Choose the Section where you want these products


Duplicating products in your Schedule

Save time by duplicating products instead of re-entering product information.

  1. Navigate to the product you want to duplicate

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your product row

  3. Select Duplicate

  4. The duplicate entry will be added directly below your original product

Note: Duplicated products are separate entries. Changes to one product won't affect the other.


Copying products to another Schedule

Copy products across projects to reuse specifications without starting from scratch.

Copying a single product:

  1. Navigate to the product you want to copy

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your product row

  3. Select Copy To

  4. Choose your destination Project name

  5. Choose your destination Schedule

  6. Select the Section where you want the product

  7. The product will be added to the bottom of your chosen section

Copying multiple products:

  1. Hover over product rows and check the Checkbox to the left of each product you want to copy

  2. Click the Action button in the top toolbar

  3. Select Copy to

  4. Choose your destination Project name

  5. Choose your destination Schedule

  6. Select the Section where you want the products

  7. The products will be added to the bottom of your chosen section

Copying an entire section:

  1. Navigate to the section you want to copy

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your section row

  3. Select Copy To

  4. Choose your destination Project name

  5. Choose your destination Schedule

  6. The section and all products within it will be added to the selected Schedule


Archiving and deleting products

Remove unwanted products from your Schedule by archiving (temporary) or deleting (permanent).

Important: Deleting products is permanent and cannot be undone. Use archiving if you might need to reinstate products later.

Archiving a single product:

  1. Navigate to the product you want to archive

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your product row

  3. Select Archive

  4. The product will automatically disappear from view

Unarchiving a product:

  1. Click the three dot button in the top Schedule toolbar

  2. Toggle on Show Archived

  3. Click the Three dots at the end of the archived product entry

  4. Select Unarchive

  5. Toggle off Show archived to hide remaining archived products

Deleting a single product:

  1. Navigate to the product you want to delete

  2. Click the Three dots at the end of your product row

  3. Select Remove from Schedule

  4. Click the red Delete button to confirm

Archiving or deleting multiple products:

  1. Hover over product rows and check the Checkbox to the left of each product

  2. Click the Action button in the top toolbar

  3. Select Archive or Remove from Schedule

  4. Confirm your action if prompted
