Pinning projects

Pin your most important projects to keep them at the top of your Projects list for quick access.

  1. Hover over the project you want to pin

  2. Click the Pin icon that appears

  3. The project will move to the top of your Projects list in the side navigation bar

Note: Pinned projects appear at the top of your list regardless of your current sort order.

Sorting your projects

  1. Click the Up arrows icon in the top right corner of your screen

  2. Click the Sort by dropdown

  3. Select your preferred sort option:

    • Name — sorts alphabetically

    • Date Created — sorts by when you added the project to Programa

    • Last Updated — sorts by the most recently edited project

  4. Choose Ascending or Descending to control the sort direction

Searching for projects

  1. Click the Search icon in the top right corner of your screen

  2. Type the project name or a keyword

  3. Press Enter to see your results

Note: You don't need to type the full project name — partial names and keywords work too.
