You can change your password by following the Forgot Password steps at the login page.
Instructions:
On the login page, select the Forgot Password? option above the Log In button.
Enter your email address attached to your account
Follow the prompt on your screen and check your inbox for an email from Programa prompting to Reset Password.
Click the Reset Password option to be taken to a new page to enter your new password details.
Enter your new desired password, ensuring this meets the criteria.
You will receive an email confirming your password has been reset, follow the link to log in to your account with your new password.
Please note: Passwords need to meet the following criteria to be accepted:
Must be minimum of 8 characters
No spaces
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One special character
