How to assign tasks to other team members in the To-Do list

Team members can only see tasks in their To-Do List that they have created or that they have been assigned to, to learn how to assign a task to a team member, follow the simple steps below.

Please note you are only able to assign tasks to registered Programa users.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the To-do List tab in your left-hand toolbar.

  2. Click on the task you want to assign a team member to.

  3. Click the 'Assign to Someone' button

  4. Select the team member you wish to complete the task from the dropdown list

  5. Click the black 'Save' button to save your changes. This task will now show up in their To-Do list in their profile.
