What is the To-Do List?

Programa takes the stress out of remembering all the details with one simple-to-use tool. To-do lists are an easy way to stay on top of your small daily tasks. These tasks may or may not be project specific; think of them as the list of small to-do items you might write on a notepad or keep a mental note of throughout the day. For example 'Send invoice to Client X' or 'Schedule review meeting with X' or 'Order new business cards'.

A few good examples of items you would add to your To-Do-List would be:

  • Small administration tasks

  • Personal items

  • Small project task reminders

Common questions:

Will my To-Do List show up in my Studio WIP?

No, your To-do List items or tasks will not show up in your Studio WIP view, we recommend putting larger project related tasks in your Project Boards rather than the To Do List. If you would like to see administration tasks how up in your Studio WIP we would recommend setting up an Internal Studio Project Board in which you can add your Studio administration tasks to. Can other people see my To-Do list?

No, your To-Do list is a private page within your profile. However, you can assign items to other team members which will then appear in their own private To-Do list.
