There are a few different ways you can remove a task from the main Studio WIP view. You can delete, archive or mark a task as complete.

To Delete a task

  1. Navigate to the Studio WIP Page

  2. Click the Arrow icon to the right of the task listing to open the editing window

  3. Click the red Delete button in the footer of the task details screen. Please note this will permanently delete the task from both Studio WIP and the associated Project Board.

To Archive a task

  1. Navigate to the Studio WIP Page

  2. Click the Arrow icon to the right of the task listing to open the editing window

  3. Click the Archive button in the footer of the task details screen. This will also archive the task from the associated Project Board.

  4. To see archived tasks , navigate to the associated Project board and select Show Archived Items button at the top right hand side of the screen. This will resurface any task cards that have been archived.

To Complete a task:

  1. Navigate to the Studio WIP Page

  2. Click the Arrow icon to the right of the task listing to open the editing window

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the task details screen.

Common Questions:

I marked my task as complete but it is still showing in my To Do column in my Project Board?

By marking a task as complete from Studio WIP it will remove it from the Studio WIP view but it will remain as is in the Project Board. If you would like to move the task card into your Done column, prior to marking the card as complete, select the Select List dropdown and change the List or column your task is placed in to Done. To learn how to edit a task you can follow these simple steps here.
