How to add new tasks in Studio WIP

Instead of having to go in and out of your Project Boards to add tasks, save time by adding them directly from your Studio WIP page.

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Instructions:

  1. Click the + button in the bottom right of your screen

  2. Fill in the task fields. Ensure you have selected a Project name, Board name and List name. For example Airlie House (project name) - Schematic Design (board name) - To Do (list name)

  3. Assign the task to Team Members if applicable. Remember the team member must be added to the project in order for them to appear in the options list

  4. Add an optional Label. For example 'Priority', 'Ready to Review or 'Sent to Client'

  5. Add in Attachments if required

  6. Add task details into the Description Box

  7. Click the Add Task button
