How to change your default view in Studio WIP

Customise your Studio WIP view to suit the way you want to see your tasks! You can filter the tasks in Studio WIP by project and/or team members and organise your tasks by Date or by Project. Once you change your Studio WIP view your new view will become the default until you change it again.

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

To filter by team members

  1. Navigate to your Studio WIP page

  2. Click the Dropdown Arrow next to your team's profile photos in the top toolbar.

  3. The default view before you change it will be Everyone, untick this box and then select the team members you'd like to view tasks for.

To filter by project

  1. Navigate to your Studio WIP page

  2. Click the All projects drop down arrow in the top toolbar.

  3. Select which Project you would like to view tasks for.

To change you task order

  1. Navigate to your Studio WIP page

  2. Click the Order By drop down arrow in the top toolbar.

  3. Select either Order by date - this will order your tasks by due date, Overdue being at the top, then tasks due today etc. Or select Order by Project- which will organise your tasks by project.

Common Questions:

Will I have to change my Studio WIP view every-time I re-visit the page?

When you change your Studio WIP view your new view will become your new default until you change it again. This means you don’t have to re-filter your view every time you re-visit the page.

Why are the tasks I need to complete not showing up when I filter my Studio WIP view to only show My tasks?

Make sure that the task has been allocated to you in the task card. To allocate a task to yourself or a team member follow these steps outline here.
