Hiding project Boards and tasks can help you tidy up your Studio WIP and help you focus on your priority workload. Follow these easy steps to learn how to hide those Project Boards that you don’t want to think about just yet!

Video Demonstration:

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to the Project board that you would like to hide.

  2. Click on the 3 Dots icon on the top right hand side of your screen

  3. Then click the Toggle button beside Show on Studio WIP to toggle off this Project Board from showing in your Studio WIP view

Common Questions:

Once I hide my Project Board from Studio WIP how do I get it to show again?

Just follow the above steps, once you get to the toggle button simply click on the button to toggle it back on. By doing this your tasks from this Project board will show back in your Studio WIP.

Can I just hide certain tasks in my Project Board?

No, you can’t hide specific tasks only whole boards. If you need to hide particular tasks we would recommend putting those tasks in a seperate Project Board and then toggling that board off of Showing in the Studio WIP view.
