Your board is the hub for managing all your project related tasks. See all of your tasks in one place, and easily track their progress from start to finish.

You can add as many boards to your project as you like. However we suggest creating a board for each stage or phase of your design process, e.g. Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction.

Columns

Columns sit within your boards and organise your task cards according to their progress. They can be used to create a workflow where cards are moved from left to right across columns from start to finish, or simply act as a place to keep track of ideas and information. There’s no limit to the number of columns you can add to a board, and they can be arranged however you like.

Your board comes with the default columns To Do, Doing, and Done, however you can completely customise this setup to suit your workflow.

Tasks

The core unit of a board is a task card. A task can be something that needs to get done, like a presentation that needs to be completed, or something that needs to be remembered and easily accessible like a brief from a client.

Tasks can be customised to hold a wide variety of useful information by clicking on them. Drag and drop cards across lists to show progress. There’s no limit to the number of cards you can add to a board.
