This guide shows you how to update procurement dates and order references so you can track product ordering, delivery, and installation timelines accurately.
Updating your Procurement dates
Click the Procurement hub tab in your left-hand navigation toolbar.
Navigate to the product you want to review or edit, and select the > arrow within the product row. This opens your Procurement editing window.
To update the Order Reference, add your details into the field provided.
To edit a date, click the relevant date field to open the calendar picker, select your new date, then click outside the calendar window.
To mark a date as complete, hover beside the product to the right of the date field. This removes the date from the Procurement hub view and automatically marks it as complete in your schedule.
To remove a date, hover your mouse over the date section and click the Remove (X) button. This deletes the date from Procurement hub and clears it from your Schedule.
Note: The Remove button only appears when hovering your mouse over the date field.
