When a presentation grows past a few pages, finding a specific pin manually can get slow. The All Items tray is a panel that lists every pin across the whole presentation, so you can jump straight to any product or scene without scrolling.
How to find a pin from the View Pins tray
Open your presentation.
Click the View pins button in the topbar.
The Tray has two tabs - products and scenes
Click any product or scene in the tray.
The canvas jumps to the page where that pin lives, and the pin's tooltip opens automatically.
This is the fastest way to navigate a long presentation when you already know which product or scene you're looking for.
How to filter pinned products in the View Pins tray
Filtering narrows the tray down to just the products you care about right now.
Click the View Pins button
Head to the Products tab
Click the filter option at the top of the tray.
Filter by any of:
Section (e.g. Living, Kitchen, Bedrooms).
Status (e.g. Client review, Approved).
Brand.
Supplier.
The tray updates to show only products matching your filter.
π Filtering applies to product pins only. Scene pins always show in the tray and aren't affected by the filter.
π‘ Tip β filter by Client review before sending a presentation to a client. You'll see at a glance every product they need to look at, and can do a quick QA on each.
How to find every page where the same product is pinned (Find Instances)
If you've pinned the same product in multiple places β say, the same dining chair on a floor plan, an elevation, and a render β Find Instances lets you cycle through every placement of that product without hunting page by page.
Click the View Pins button
Find the product you want to track down.
Click Find Instances
Use the next / previous controls to cycle through every page where that product is pinned.

How to close the All Items tray
Click the View pins button in the topbar again, or click outside the tray. The tray slides closed; the canvas stays where it is.
