Before you start: You'll need Admin or Office Staff permissions in Houzz Pro to access the Selections Tracker.
Exporting your product data from Houzz Pro
Log into Houzz Pro and open the project you want to export.
In the left menu, under Planning, click Selections, then click the Tracker tab.
Click Type in the filter bar and select Product to show only product items (recommended for a clean export).
Check the box next to each product you want to export, using filters (by room, vendor, status, etc.) to narrow your selection.
Click Export in the top right corner.
In the pop-up, select Custom and choose your data fields. For a complete export, select all options:

Click Download as Excel. The file will download immediately or be sent to your Houzz Pro email address.
Image expiry: Select Image (not just Image Link) if you want product photos embedded in the file. Image URLs expire within a few hours — upload to Programa promptly after downloading.
Alternatively, export from a Selection Board:
Open Selections Boards, click the board you want to export, and multi-select your products.
Click Export → Download as Excel, choose Custom, select your fields, and click Download as Excel. The file will be emailed to you.
Importing your data into Programa
Log into Programa, open your Getting Started tab, and navigate to import existing data.
Click Houzz Import and select Import from Excel / CSV.
Select your Programa project to import the data to
Drag and drop your Houzz Pro Excel file into the upload area, or click to browse for it.
Note: Map your Houzz Pro columns to the corresponding Programa fields: Any columns you don't need can be skipped during mapping.
Your products will appear in your Programa Schedule. Click into the details of any item to add lead times, procurement notes, or additional images.

Tips for a smooth transition
Export one project at a time to stay organized.
Include the original product name when exporting, it's useful for cross-referencing vendor orders and SKUs.
Act quickly after exporting, Houzz Pro image URLs expire within a few hours.
Keep your column selection lean; you can always add custom columns in Programa later.
