What happens if I have data from a different platform?

While the Smart Schedule Importer is built specifically for supported platforms (Houzz, Fohlio, MyDoma, and Design Files), you can attempt to upload exports from other design platforms. The tool will do its best to map the data, though accuracy may vary with unsupported formats.

Can I upload data from a custom spreadsheet I have created?

Yes, you can upload your excel file using the 'Custom Schedule' option. Please refer to the specific guide for all import guidelines.

What happens if I receive an error notification?

You'll receive an email notification if your schedule couldn't be imported. Contact our support team via live chat for assistance troubleshooting the issue.

Why is some of my data in incorrect fields?

Programa automatically maps your data to the closest matching fields. While we optimize for accuracy, some details may require adjustment after import. Review your schedule once it's ready and make any necessary corrections.

How long will the import take to process?

Processing time varies based on file size and typically takes a few hours. You'll receive an email notification once your schedule is ready to review.

Why doesn't my Programa Schedule have all the data I sent through?

Your data is translated to relevant fields in Programa on a "best fit" basis. If information isn't visible on the Schedule view, click into the Details of your line items—data may have been added to fields like Custom Specs or Notes.

Why are my Schedule images blurry?

Images import at the resolution provided in your uploaded files. Thumbnail images from spreadsheets may appear blurry when expanded.

To ensure high-quality images: Include original image files along with your spreadsheet together in a .zip file when uploading.
