How to connect Schedule items to Project Management tasks

This guide shows you how to embed product deep links from your Schedule into Project Management tasks, so your team can access product specs directly without scrolling through schedules.

Copying product deep links

  1. Find the product you want to connect to a task in your Schedule

  2. Click on the item's Details to open the editing panel on the right

  3. Click the πŸ”— icon in the top right corner of the panel to copy the link to your clipboard


Adding product links to tasks

  1. Go to the Project Management Board or List associated with your product

  2. Select the task you want to connect the product to

  3. Paste (Ctrl/Cmd + V) the link into the task's Description or Comments field

All team members with access to this project can now click through to view the product's specs and details on your Schedule.
