This guide shows you how to quickly find and organize products in your schedule using Programa's Search, Filter, and Sort tools, so you can locate information and export custom views efficiently.

Using the Search Bar

The Search bar at the top of the Schedules page helps you quickly find specific products by name, description or Doc code.

Note: Search only works with product names and product descriptions and Doc code. To search by other fields like brand, status, use the Filter tool instead.

Filtering Your Schedule

You can filter your schedule by multiple fields to narrow down your view:

  • Order reference

  • Doc code

  • Brand

  • Supplier

  • Price

  • Status

  • Lead time

  • Product description

  • Product details

Understanding filter types:

  • Dropdown filters: For example, in the Status field, you can select options like "Approved" from a dropdown menu.

  • Text input filters: For example, in the Brand field, you’ll need to type the brand name you want to filter by.

Once filters are applied, your schedule view will update automatically, reflecting only the items that match your criteria. To return to the full view, just click "Clear Filters."

Note: Filters apply across all tabs-Summary, Financial (including overall and section totals), and Procurement.

Sorting Your Schedule

You can sort your schedule by the fields bellow:

  • Order reference

  • Doc code

  • Brand

  • Supplier

  • Price

  • Status

  • Lead time

  • Product description

  • Product details

  • Click the arrows next to a column header to sort alphabetically (A–Z or Z–A) or numerically.

Tip: You can combine filters and sorting to create a more refined view of your schedule.

Exporting your Filtered & Sorted view

You can export a selective view based on your filtered and sorted selections, having the option to export only the filtered view, only the sorted view, or both combined.
