Keep clients informed about payments by publishing invoices directly to their Client Dashboard—giving them easy access to view and track all project invoicing in one place.
Publishing invoices to the Client Dashboard
Navigate to an invoice with an Open, Paid, or Void status
Click the Share button
Note: Invoices in Draft status cannot be shared. Complete and send your invoice first to enable the Share option.
Toggle on Publish to Client Dashboard
Enter your client's email address in the designated field
Click Add
Your client will receive a notification email with two links: one to view the invoice directly, and another to access their full Client Dashboard.
Resending the dashboard link: If you need to resend the Client Dashboard link, click the 3-dot menu next to your added recipient and select the resend option.
Removing access to invoices
To remove an invoice from the Client Dashboard:
Toggle off Publish to Client Dashboard, or
Click the 3-dot menu next to your added recipient and select Delete access
