We're rolling out a new one-time password initiative to protect your account security from unauthorized access.
Why are we implementing this?
Protecting our user base is our number one priority. By only having one device linked to your account, this prevents any unauthorized access and ensures your account is maintained at a high level of security.
This tighter security measure also means your personal and business data on the platform is better secured. You can rest assured knowing that your account and data is closely monitored with our new update.
What does this mean for your login?
You will be prompted to verify your login through entering in a one-time password, which will be sent to your account email address. This will authorize your login for two weeks, unless you log out of your account.
If our platform detects a login on another device on more than two occassions, you will be logged out of your current session and prompted to enter a one-time password sent to your email.
How can I further secure my account?
If an unknown login attempt is detected, or if you want to tighten your account security - we'd recommend resetting your password. This will add an additional layer of security to restrict any unauthorized access.

Need Multiple Team Members Accessing Programa?
If you often find that your work is interrupted due to your login being used on another device, it might be time to consider adding more seats to your account. This not only enhances security by ensuring each team member has their own unique login but also allows your team to work simultaneously without disruptions.
Quickly Resume Your Work: Adding additional seats allows each team member to have their own dedicated access, meaning work can continue seamlessly across your team without the risk of being logged out unexpectedly.
Add Seats Easily: You can add more seats directly from your account settings. It's simple and quick, ensuring your team can get back to work with minimal downtime.
