Can you share this board with external stakeholders, such as Builders, Project Managers, Trades or Clients?

The Project Management Board is intended solely for internal team use. Its purpose is to allocate and track tasks within your project. It is not currently designed for sharing with external stakeholders.

Why are my tasks in my Project management boards not showing up in the Studio WIP?

You can share your tasks from your board to the Studio WIP by heading to the 3 dots at the top of the board and toggling on "Show in Studio WIP" your tasks will then be shared to this centralised view in the Studio WIP

Are you able to view in a calendar or Gantt Style chart?

We don't have a calendar/timeline/gantt chart view for projects just yet. However we are looking to implement this in 2024, as part of a suite of tools we're calling Practice Management.

These tools will give you greater visibility and reporting across dates, budgeting, fees, staff capacity at both project and studio level.

Why aren't my tasks from my To Do List showing in my Project Management Board or Studio WIP?

The To Do List is a private page within your profile and doesn't link to your Project Management Boards or the Studio WIP. We suggest adding important deliverables and Project Based tasks to your Project Management Boards which can then be shared to the Studio WIP view. Keep your To Do List as a visual prompt for additional day to day tasks you need to monitor and complete.

Can I add Sub-Categories to tasks, so I can list all of the parts of the task that need to be finalised before I can mark as completed?

Currently, the system does not support the addition of sub-categories to individual tasks.
