To help you get up and running faster, each new project will contain a default project management board, schedule and pinboard.

  • Boards: The project management Board helps you track project tasks, deliverables and deadlines in an easy to understand Kanban layout.

  • Schedules: Schedules are the product specification documents for your project. This is where you can compile all product information and essential details for your clients, contractors or consultants to review. The schedule can be exported to Excel and PDF, as well as shared via an online live link or QR Code. Your project can contain as many schedules as you require.

  • Pinboards: Pinboards are a powerful tool for creating online mood boards and presentations. The Pinboard integrates with Pinterest and the Programa Web Clipper to make creating content quick and simple.

Renaming Files

Each file in your project is called ‘Untitled’ by default. However, you can easily update the name of each file within settings.

  1. Click the three dots in the top right-hand corner of your file screen and click rename.

  2. Type in your file name.

  3. Press 'Save'.
