This guide shows you how to duplicate projects to save setup time, archive completed projects to keep your dashboard organized, and delete projects you no longer need.

Duplicating a project

Duplicating a project copies all Project Management tasks, Schedules, Pinboards, products, and images- saving you valuable setup time.

  1. On your Projects dashboard, hover over the project you'd like to duplicate

  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the project card

  3. Select Duplicate

  4. Wait a moment, then refresh your browser

  5. The duplicated project will appear in your dashboard with "(Copy)" beside the project name

Note: Most projects duplicate in less than a few minutes, but larger projects may take up to 5 minutes.

Archiving a project

Archive completed or inactive projects to keep your dashboard organized while retaining all project information.

  1. Open your Projects dashboard

  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the project card

  3. Select Archive

Viewing and unarchiving projects

  1. Click the Archived button in the top left corner of your screen to view archived projects

  2. To unarchive a project, hover over the project card and click the three dots in the bottom right corner

  3. Select Unarchive to return the project to your main Projects dashboard

Deleting a project

  1. Hover your mouse over the project card on your Projects dashboard

  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the project card

  3. Select Delete

  4. Enter the exact project name (including uppercase, lowercase, and spaces) to confirm deletion

  5. Click Delete to permanently remove the project

  2. Click the three dots in the bottom right corner of the project card

  3. Select Settings

  4. Edit any project details you need to update

  5. Click Save Changes to confirm

Frequently asked questions

Will everything inside my project be duplicated?

Yes, duplication includes all Project Management tasks, Schedules, Pinboards, products, and images. Your duplicated project will be an exact replica of the original.

If I change something in my duplicated project, will it alter the original project?

No, the duplicated project is entirely separate. Any changes to the duplicate won't affect the original project.

What's the difference between archiving and deleting a project?

Archived projects remain in your account and can be unarchived anytime—all data is preserved. Deleted projects are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Can I see who has access to a project?

Yes, go to project settings and scroll to the Members section to view all team members with access to the project.
