Tracking Product Approval & Feedback History

The Schedule Approvals tool is your key to maintaining a comprehensive log of your product's history. It records every crucial detail from the moment an item is marked for review to its final approval or rejection, including who made the decision and when. This meticulous tracking is essential for designers, providing a reliable record to refer back to in case of any future product disputes.

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Instructions:

  1. After a client reviews items, the item status automatically updates to reflect their decision (Approved or Rejected).

  2. You'll receive a notification in your schedule when feedback is submitted, visible as an orange icon above the Approvals tab.

  3. Click the Approvals tab to see a log of all reviewed products, who reviewed them, when, and any comments.

  4. To mark an item as complete, click "Mark as Complete". This moves the item to the History tab.

  5. The History tab shows a complete history of all reviewed products and their approval status.

  6. The full approval history is also stored within the product detailed page of each item.
