Streamline your client's product approval process with Schedule Approvals!

This feature ensures clarity on products needing review, enabling clients to provide feedback and approvals via an interactive dashboard.

This guide outlines how clients can review products using Schedule Approvals. Following these steps will enhance efficiency and improve the design process.

Instructions:

  1. Clients access their Project Dashboard via the provided link (see here for more info).

  2. Schedules needing review are tagged 'Feedback Required'. Click on the Schedule to open.

  3. Go to the 'Approvals & Feedback' tab to review selected products.

  4. Clients can approve or reject products individually, or in bulk. Here's how they can submit their review:

Approving from the summary view:

  1. Click on the 'Approvals and Feedback' tab in the live schedule.

  2. Review the list of products requiring your review.

  3. Choose to approve or reject each product individually by clicking the "Approve" or "Reject" button next to the product.

  4. Submit any comments or feedback they may have in the comment box provided.

Approving from the product details view:

  1. Click into the detailed view of the product they wish to review.

  2. Review the product details, including all detailed specifications and information

  3. Choose to approve or reject the product by clicking the "Approve" or "Reject" button at the top of the details page.

  4. Submit any comments or feedback they may have in the comment box provided.

  5. Choose to click on the “Next product for approval” button at the top of the page to move to the next product in review.

Bulk approving or rejecting products:

  1. Click the 'Approve All' or 'Reject All' button at the top of the page.

  2. Submit any comments or feedback you may have in the comment box provided.
