Filter your Procurement Hub
Filter by project: Select the All Projects dropdown, then choose the relevant project. The Procurement Hub will display only information associated with that project.
Filter by date type: Select the All Date Types dropdown, then choose a date type, such as Order Date, Ship Date, or Client Deposit Due. The Procurement Hub will display only the key dates assigned to the selected date type.
Filter by supplier: Select the All Suppliers dropdown, then choose the relevant supplier. The Procurement Hub will display only information associated with that supplier.
Filter by order reference: Select the All Order References dropdown, then choose the relevant order reference number. The Procurement Hub will display only information associated with that order.
Clearing your filters:
To clear a single filter, click the X on that filter
To clear everything at once, click Clear all
Tip: You can apply multiple filters at the same time. For example, filter by project, supplier, and order reference simultaneously to narrow your view further. Click outside any dropdown to apply your selection.
Note: The Order Reference dropdown displays the order references added to products in the Procurement View of your Schedule. If the dropdown is empty, no order references have been added yet.
Searching for a product:
Click Procurement in the left-hand navigation bar, then use the search field to find a product by name. Results stay grouped by urgency.
Collapsing Urgency Groups
Products are organized into urgency groups, including Overdue, Today, This Week, Next Week, and Later. The number beside each heading shows how many products are in that group. Select a group heading to collapse or expand it. This can help you focus on a specific group without displaying the rest of the list.
