Your designer may share an interactive presentation with you. This guide shows you how to open it, look at the products and scenes, and approve or reject products.
Open a presentation
In your project dashboard, select Project Files.
Select ⋯ next to the presentation.
Select View Presentation.
If products in the presentation need your review, you also see an item in Your action items on the Overview page. Select the item to go to the presentation.
The presentation is live. You always see the latest version.
Move through the presentation
Scroll up or down.
Use the arrows at the top of the screen to go one page forward or back.
Use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard.
The page counter at the top shows your position.
Zoom in or out
Select the zoom percentage at the top. Then select a zoom level. This helps when you look at small details on plans, renders or layouts.
Show the presentation full screen
Select Present.
Use the left and right arrow keys to go to the next or previous page.
Push Esc to go back to the normal view.
Product pins
Product pins show the products on each page. The color shows the status:
Orange: waiting for your review.
Green: approved.
Red: rejected.
The colors change when decisions are made. Everyone sees the latest status.
To look at a product:
Hover over the pin to see a preview.
Select Details to see all the product information.
Select the close icon to go back to the presentation.
The details can include images, specifications, brand, supplier, quantity, pricing, notes and attachments. What you see depends on what your designer shares.
See all products and approve them
Select All items at the top.
Select the Products tab. You see each product with its image, quantity, section and status.
To look at a product, select Details.
Select Approve or Reject for each product that waits for your review.
To go to the page where a product is pinned, select the product.
Filter the products
Filters help you find products in a long presentation. For example, filter by status to see only the products that need your review.
In All items, select the filter button.
Select Section, Status or Brand.
Select an option.
To show all products again, select Clear all. To close All items, select X.
Scene pins
A scene pin links a place in the presentation to another image. For example, a render, an elevation, a joinery detail, an inspiration image or a progress photo.
Hover over a scene pin to see a preview.
Select the scene pin to see a larger image.
Select the close icon to go back.
To see all scenes, select All items, then the Scenes tab. Select a scene to go to its page.
Show or hide pins
Pins show by default. To see the pages without pins, turn off Show pins at the top. You can turn it on again at any time.
Use your phone or tablet
On mobile and tablet, you can scroll, tap pins, zoom, move across wide pages and review products. Present is available on desktop only.
For detailed reviews, a laptop or desktop is easier.
Go back to your dashboard
Use the menu on the left to go to another page of your dashboard.
