Review the products your designer has selected, then accept them or ask for another option. Your decisions and comments go straight back to your designer.
Open your shared schedule
Your designer shares a link to your Client Dashboard, usually by email. The dashboard brings together the product lists, presentations and files shared for the project.
Open the dashboard.
Select Products.
Select the schedule.
Keep the dashboard link handy. When your designer shares more later, you may not get another email. Your designer will usually let you know when there's more to review.
Look through the selections
The schedule shows images, descriptions and the details your designer has chosen to share, in the layout they've set up. It stays up to date as they work.
You can:
Search, filter and sort the products.
Open a product for more detail.
See product attachments, if your designer has shared them.
Export a PDF copy.
You can respond to selections, but you can't edit their specifications.
Accept or reject products
When something needs your response, a row at the top of the list shows how many products are waiting.
Select the orange Review button.
Check the product's details and options.
Add a comment if you have feedback. This is optional.
Select Accept or Reject.
Choose Accept when you're happy for the selection to go ahead. Choose Reject when you'd like something different.
A specific comment helps your designer act on the decision. For example, "Too dark" or "I like it, but is there a wider version?" explains what needs to change.
You can respond to products one at a time, or use Accept all or Reject all for the remaining products. To leave a comment, open the product and add it there.
Previously reviewed products, decisions and notes appear on the left so you can look back.
Review on your phone
The dashboard works on mobile as well as desktop. Open the schedule, review the product and submit your decision in the same way.
After you respond
Decisions and comments save immediately. There's no separate send button.
If you asked for a change, your designer can update the selection or offer an alternative in the same place. If you change your mind after accepting something, contact your designer. The earlier decision stays recorded with its date.
