Choose what each guest can see in the schedules that you share. For example, show supplier details to your builder but not to your client.
If you haven't shared a schedule yet, start with How to share a schedule .
How guest visibility works
Field visibility has two layers:
Default schedule visibility: the fields and permissions that your guest sees in every schedule that you share with them. You set this once for each guest, at the project level.
Custom visibility: different fields for one schedule only. It replaces the default for that schedule. Your other schedules keep using the default.
For example, a builder sees Appearance, Specification and Quantity in all shared schedules. That's the default. In the procurement schedule only, they also see Supplier details. That's custom visibility.
Your own working schedule doesn't change.
What you can show
Permissions: Approve or reject products and View product attachments.
Field groups: Appearance, Specification, Quantity, Pricing, Product status, Notes, Brand details, Supplier details, Procurement dates and Procurement information. These are the same groups as in the PDF export.
Individual fields: each field group has its own list of fields. Select the chevron next to a field group to see them. Then select or clear the checkbox for each field.
When you select Approve or reject products, Programa also selects Product status, so your guest can see which products are ready for a decision.
What a new guest sees
Each new guest starts with limited visibility, so they don't see anything that you're not ready to share, like pricing or supplier details.
A new guest sees only:
Appearance, Specification and Quantity.
The product image, description, doc code, locations and revision. Guests always see these.
All other field groups and both permissions stay off until you turn them on.

Open the schedule.
Select Share.
Select ⋯ next to the guest.
Select Manage schedule visibility.

For a List schedule only: in List view fields, select up to six columns.
Select Save.
If you haven't shared with the guest yet, select them under Schedule visibility in the share drawer, then do steps 5 to 8. Programa applies the visibility when you select Share.
Once you save, the schedule shows Custom visibility. To go back to the default, select Reset to default.
