This guide explains how to access and navigate a presentation your designer shared. You’ll learn how to review product details, approve or decline selections, explore connected scenes, and easily find everything included in the presentation.
Accessing Presentations from your Client Dashboard
When your designer shares a presentation with you, it will appear in the Presentations section of your Client Dashboard.
To open a presentation:
Scroll through your Client Dashboard until you reach Presentations.
Select the presentation you would like to view.
The interactive presentation will open in a new browser tab.
Note: Your presentation is a live document, so you’ll always see the latest version shared by your designer.
Navigating your Presentation
There are several ways to move through your presentation:
Scroll up or down through the presentation.
Use the arrows at the top of the screen to move forward or back one page at a time.
Use the up and down arrow keys on your keyboard.
Tip: The page counter in the top toolbar shows your current position within the presentation.
Adjusting the Zoom
Use the Zoom control in the top toolbar to make the presentation larger or smaller.
Select the percentage shown, then choose your preferred zoom level. This can be helpful when reviewing smaller details on plans, renders or product layouts.
Using Presentation Mode
Select Present to open the presentation in a clean, distraction-free full-screen view.
In Presentation mode:
Use the left and right arrow keys to move between pages.
Press Escape to exit and return to the standard presentation view.
Understanding Product Pins
Product pins are colour-coded so you can quickly identify their current review status:
Orange – Awaiting your review
Green – Approved
Red – Rejected
These colours update as decisions are made, helping everyone involved in the project understand the latest status.
Previewing a Product
Hover over a product pin to see a quick preview of the item.
Depending on the information shared by your designer, the preview may include:
Product image
Product name
Quantity
Current product status
Tip: Select Details to open the complete product information.
Viewing Product Details
The Product Details panel may include:
Additional product images
Complete specifications
Brand and supplier information
Quantities
Pricing
Designer notes
Custom specifications
Product attachments
Note: The information available will depend on the access settings selected by your designer. Select the close icon when you’re ready to return to the full presentation.
Viewing and Approving Products from All Items
Select All Items in the top toolbar, then open the Products tab to view every product pinned across the presentation.
The Products tab provides an overview of each item, including its:
Product image and name
Quantity
Project section
Current review status
You can approve or reject products awaiting your review directly from this panel. Select Details to open the Product Details tray and review more information before making your decision.
Select any product in the panel to go directly to the page where its pin appears.
Filtering Products
Filters can help you find specific products in a larger presentation.
To filter the products displayed:
Open the All Items panel.
Select the filter button.
Choose whether you would like to filter by Section, Status or Brand.
Select an option from the dropdown menu.
For example, filtering by status allows you to focus only on products that are still awaiting your review.
Use Clear all to remove the filters and display every product again.
When you’ve finished viewing the products, select the X to close the All Items panel.
Understanding Scene Pins
Scene pins connect a location in the presentation with an additional visual reference.
Your designer may use scene pins to share:
Renders
Elevations
Detail drawings
Joinery details
Inspiration images
Progress photographs
Instead of searching through the presentation for a related image, you can open it directly from the relevant location.
Previewing and Opening a Scene
Hover over a scene pin to preview the connected image. Select the scene pin to open the image in a larger view. When you’ve finished viewing it, select the close icon to return to the presentation.
Viewing All Scenes
To view all scene pins included across the presentation:
Select All Items.
Open the Scenes tab.
Select a scene from the list.
The presentation will take you directly to the page where the selected scene pin appears. When you’ve finished exploring the scenes, select the X to close the All Items panel.
Showing or Hiding Pins
Product and scene pins are shown by default.
To view the presentation without any pins, turn off Show Pins in the top toolbar.
You can turn Show Pins back on at any time to continue exploring the interactive product and scene information.
Viewing Presentations on Mobile
Presentations can be opened on desktop, mobile and tablet. For detailed product reviews and approvals, we recommend using a laptop or desktop. The larger screen makes it easier to use the All Items panel and review complete product information.
On mobile and tablet, you can:
Scroll through presentation pages
Tap product and scene pins
Zoom into areas of a page
Pan across wider presentation layouts
Review and respond to products
Note: Presentation mode is currently available on desktop only.
Returning to your Client Dashboard
To return to the main page of your Client Dashboard, select your project name in the top-left corner of the presentation.
You can return to the presentation at any time from the Presentations section of your dashboard.
