Note: Images with URLs display a hyperlink icon in shared Pinboards that directs viewers to the source website.

Moving images

Reorganize your Pinboard by moving images between sections or repositioning them within the same section.

To move images between sections:

  1. Hover over images and check the circle in the top left corner to select them

  2. A menu bar will appear at the bottom of your screen

  3. Select Move to Section

  4. Choose the destination section from the list

  5. Images will appear at the bottom of the new section

To reposition images within the same section:

  1. Click and hold an image

  2. Drag it to the desired position, using the dashed outlines as guides

  3. Release the image in its new location

  4. Surrounding images will automatically adjust based on their size

Downloading Pinboard images

While Pinboards are designed for online sharing, you can download all images as a .zip file for external presentations, Canva integration, or other purposes.

To download images:

  1. Open your Pinboard

  2. Click the 3 dot menu in the top right corner

  3. Select Download .zip folder

  4. The .zip file will download to your device

Pro Tip: All images added to your Pinboard automatically save to your Image Library for reuse on other Pinboards. If you're creating another Pinboard, you can skip downloading and simply import from your Image Library instead.
