This guide shows you how to access and navigate your Client Dashboard so you can collaborate with your designer, review project progress, and manage product specifications efficiently.

Getting Started with your Client Dashboard

You'll receive an email from your designer each time a new file has been added with a link to your Client Dashboard homepage. We recommend bookmarking this link for quick future access.

Note: If you lose your dashboard link, contact your designer to resend it.

Navigating your Dashboard Homepage

Your dashboard homepage includes five main sections:

  • Schedules – View product schedules published by your designer

  • Pinboards – Explore conceptual boards shared by your designer

  • Presentations – Access presentations prepared by your designer

  • Invoices – Review invoices issued by your designer

  • Shared Files – Access and download additional project files

To open your files:

  • Schedules, Pinboards, Presentations, and Invoices – Click the item to open it in a new tab.

  • Shared Files – Hover over the file name and click to download.

Understanding your shared Schedule

Your shared schedule is a live link to your product specifications that's always up-to-date and accessible from any device—eliminating outdated PDFs or spreadsheets and reducing back-and-forth communication.

Alternative Access Options:

  • You may receive a QR code download that you can print and display on-site for quick mobile access.

  • Check the timestamp in the top right corner to see when the schedule was last updated.

  • Use the magnifying glass icon to search by product name, details, brand, or description.

Summary View

The Summary view displays top-line specification details for each product.

Tip: Look for highlighted changes and orange flags below products that your designer has marked as important.

  • Presentation Mode: Click the grid icon in the top right corner to switch to an image-based gallery layout. Click any product image and use the left/right arrows to navigate through products.

  • Searching, Filtering and Sorting: When accessing the shared schedule, you can easily search, filter and sort the view as needed.

  • Export the Schedule as PDF: If needed, you can also export the schedule as a PDF file for future reference.

Details View

Click the Details button at the end of any product row to access comprehensive product information, including:

  • Additional product images

  • Complete specification details

  • Designer notes (both important and general)

  • Custom specifications

  • Product attachments (installation guides, layouts, warranty info, care & maintenance guides, etc.)

Financial View

The Financial view shows:

  • Unit retail and client prices for each product

  • Total price based on specified quantity

  • Section totals for grouped items

  • Total value for all products in the schedule

To access pricing, click the Financial tab at the top of your schedule.

Note: This feature is optional depending on your designer's share settings.

Attachments View

Click the Attachments tab to view and download schedule-level files like drawings, contracts, and plans that apply to the entire project.

Approving products in your Dashboard

The approvals feature allows you to review products and provide feedback to your designer.

Accessing Approvals

  1. Navigate to the Schedule heading in your dashboard

  2. Click the Approvals and Feedback tab

  3. Review the list of products awaiting your approval

Reviewing and Responding to Products

  1. Review each product's details, specifications, and relevant information

  2. Click Approve or Reject next to each product

  3. Use the comment box to provide specific feedback to your designer

  4. For bulk actions, use Approve All or Reject All buttons

Important: If you need to undo an approval or rejection decision, contact your designer directly to resubmit the product.
