What subscription plans and pricing you offer?
We currently offer two subscription plans:
The monthly plan is highly flexible, allowing you to cancel anytime with no minimum commitment.
The yearly plan lets you pay upfront for the entire year and enjoy a 20% discount.

How many users can I have in my team?
As many as you like! Your subscription is priced per user, and charged automatically when you add team members to your account.
How will I be billed?
When you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription, the payment method you've added to your account will be billed automatically each month or year, based on the plan you selected.
When I remove a user, will I lose their work?
All of the work done in your account remains in tact after a person has been removed from your team - you won't lose anything.
If I change plans, will I be refunded what I've already paid?
Any unused time you've paid for will be carried over from one subscription to another, and deducted from the cost of your amended bill.
Do I have to pay for clients/trades to see my shared projects?

Can I have some team members on an annual plan, and some on monthly?
Your subscription is billed at Studio level, so all team members in your account will fall into the same plan.
What's Programa's cancellation policy?
Monthly Plans: Programa’s monthly plans offer flexibility and can be canceled any time without any long-term commitments. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you only need to cancel your plan, and no further billing will occur.
Note: No refunds will be provided as per our Terms of Service
Annual Plans: While annual subscriptions are a yearly commitment, you may choose to cancel at the end of your billing period, or immediately. If a team member is removed from your account, any unused time paid for will be applied as a credit to your next bill.

Trial Accounts: Trial accounts automatically expire after 7 days unless upgraded to a paid subscription, and no action is required if you choose not to continue.

If I pause or cancel my subscription, will my projects and information be saved if I choose to resume in the future?
Yes! All your valuable data will remain securely stored in your account, even if you choose to pause or cancel your subscription. We retain your information for up to 7 years after cancellation, and whenever you decide to sign back up, all your data will be available for you to access, review, and continue right where you left off.
Will the information I add during the trial period still be available when I upgrade to the Pro plan?
Yes, all the information and projects you've added during your trial period will seamlessly transition to your upgraded account. This means you can make the most of your trial period by inputting contacts into your address book, adding products to your library, or even starting new projects.
How is the pro account different to the trial?
During your trial period, you’ll have full access to all Programa features, there’s no difference between the trial and Pro accounts. We believe in giving you complete access to the platform’s functionalities during your trial so you can thoroughly test everything and experience the best of Programa.
