In the context of Programa, a "Lead" shows up in your dashboard when a designer selects a product and integrates it into their project timeline. This simple action of selecting a product is what we refer to as a "Lead."

It's crucial to understand that not every product included in a project schedule qualifies as a lead; it must meet specific criteria.

For further details:

A lead is created from the moment that a product is added to a schedule from the Trade Portal, even if it is in DRAFT status.

Also a lead is created when there is sufficient information for a product to be recognised as stocked by your brand on the trade portal, even if being manually entered in or via the Web clipper.

How can your brand benefit from having access to leads?

Accessing leads within Programa for brands provides an early-stage advantage by offering information and transparency during the product selection process.

What can a Brand do with a lead?

Brands can reach out directly to Leads within the contact drawer on Programa.

  • Access the Contact Drawer through two methods:

    • Click the contact button

    • Navigate to it within the Leads drawer

  • You can upload attachments to you messages to suppliers.

  • When a message is sent:

    • The contact button will change to "sent."

    • The lead will be marked as "sent."

  • After sending a message:

    • The contact drawer will close.

    • A success message will be displayed.

  • When revisiting the Contact Drawer:

    • Previous messages will be visible.
