You can add attachments to your Schedules in two different locations: The first being within your product details view by attaching documents to specific products; and the second being within your Schedule summary view to attach documents to the Schedule as a whole. You can add unlimited documents with no file size restrictions.
Adding attachments to a specific product
You can attach documents directly to products in two locations within the Product Details view:
Navigate to the product you'd like to attach a document to
Click the Details button at the end of your Schedule row to open the Product Details side menu
Choose where to add your attachment:
For product attachments: Click the Attachments tab
For procurement attachments: Click the Procurement tab and scroll to Procurement Attachments
Drag and drop your files into the attachment section, or click the grey box to browse and upload files from your computer
Select the file you'd like to upload
Click Open
Adding attachments to your entire Schedule
Navigate to the Schedule you'd like to attach documents to
In the top toolbar, click the Three Dots button
Select Attachments
Click the + Upload Files button
Select the file you'd like to upload
Click Save
Attachment visibility and file requirements
Sharing attachments with clients:
Product attachments (from the Attachments tab) are visible to clients in Summary and Detailed live links or Full Access links
Procurement attachments (from the Procurement tab) are never visible to clients in any share link
Clients can view shared attachments within the product details page or through the Attachments tab in the top toolbar
File specifications:
No file size limits for individual attachments
No limits on number of attachments per product or Schedule
All file types supported including PDF, JPEG, Excel, Word, and more
