How to add attachments to your Schedule

You can add attachments to your schedules in two different locations: The first being within your product details view by attaching documents to specific products; and the second being within your schedule summary view to attach documents to the schedule as a whole. You can add unlimited documents to either place in your Schedule.

Adding attachments to a specific product:

  1. Navigate to the product you would like to attach a document to.

  2. Click the 'Details' button at the end of your schedule row to open the Product Details side menu.

  3. If you'd like to upload attachments to your Product details, head to the 'Attachments' tab within the Product Details menu.

  4. To upload attachments to your Procurement section, navigate to the 'Procurement' tab and scroll to 'Procurement Attachments'.

  5. From here, you can either drag and drop any relevant files to the relevant attachment sections, or select the grey box to browse and upload any files from your computer.

  6. Select the file you'd like to upload

  7. Click 'open'

Adding attachments to your Schedule:

  1. Navigate to the Schedule you would like to attach documents to

  2. In the top toolbar click on the Three Dots button

  3. Select 'Attachments'

  4. Click on the '+ Add New' button

  5. Select the file you’d like to upload

  6. Click 'Save'

Common Questions:

Are my attachments accessible to people who I share my Schedule with?

Yes, your attachments can be viewed in the live link of your Schedules if you choose to share the Summary and Detailed link or the Full Access link. The attachments can be found within your product details page within the share link or within the Attachments tab in the top tool bar.

Is there a file size limit to the attachments that I add?

No, there are no file size limits or limits on how many attachments you can add to a product or Schedule.

Does the attachment have to be a PDF?

There are no limits to the file type that you can add as an attachment, it could be a JPEG, PDF, Excel spreadsheet, Word document etc.
