How to Set Up Procurement:

  1. Navigate to your Schedule.

  2. Click the Three Dot Icon to open schedule options, then Switch on Show Procurement. Once Procurement is switched on, a new Procurement tab will appear in your Schedule toolbar.

  3. Click on the Procurement tab.

  4. Within the Product row, click the Date Type field, and select your due date from the calendar picker provided. Repeat this process for each date type.

The procurement fields are additionally embedded in the detailed view side menu for each product. The detailed view also contains a specific Order Reference field and procurement attachments section.

How to Use the Detailed Procurement View:

  1. Click 'Details' at the end of your product row to open the detailed view menu on the righthand side of your view.

  2. Select the 'Procurement' tab at the top of the menu.

  3. Add your Order Reference into the field provided. This could be a purchase order number, supplier invoice number, quote reference etc. You can also add your own custom order reference number, to help you identify which products are linked in the same order.

  4. To add or update a key date, click the Calendar icon and select from the dates provided.

  5. To remove a key date, hover your mouse over the date field and click the remove icon.

  6. If your key date has been completed, e.g. your client has paid their deposit on time, you can mark the entry as Complete. Simply click the checkbox to the left of the date, and the entry display will be updated. You can easily undo this action by unchecking the Complete box.

  7. To upload Procurement Attachments, simply drag and drop your file into the upload box provided, or click to open your file browser. This will store your order attachments in an organised consolidated space. Just note, these attachments are not published to the shared schedule. If you would like you client to have access to these procurement attachments, simply upload the files into the Product Attachments field.
