Enabling Procurement in your Schedule

The Procurement tab in the schedule allows you to set procurement dates for each product line, along with additional details such as order reference, tracking number, and more.

  1. Navigate to your Schedule.

  2. Click the Three Dot Icon to open schedule options.

  3. Switch on Show Procurement.

  4. Click the Procurement tab that now appears in your Schedule toolbar.

  5. Within each product row, click the Date Type field and select your due date from the calendar picker.

  6. Repeat this process for each date type you need to track.

Important: To display items in the Procurement Hub, you'll need to set up the Procurement view in your schedule and ensure the items have open dates.

Using the detailed Procurement view

The detailed view provides additional procurement fields including order references and attachment storage.

  1. Click Details at the end of your product row to open the detailed view menu.

  2. Select the Procurement tab at the top of the menu.

  3. Add your Order Reference (purchase order number, supplier invoice number, quote reference, or custom reference).

  4. To track shipments, use the shipping tracking fields:

    • Tracking number β€” Store the carrier's tracking code

    • Tracking URL β€” Paste the carrier's tracking link with one-click copy

    • Shipment notes β€” Add delivery instructions, special handling requirements, or other shipping details

  5. To add or update a key date, click the Calendar icon and select a date.

  6. To remove a key date, hover over the date field and click the remove icon.

  7. To mark a completed date (like a paid deposit), click the checkbox to the left of the date. Uncheck to undo.

  8. To upload procurement attachments, drag and drop files into the upload box or click to browse.

Note: Procurement attachments are not published to the shared schedule. To share other documents with clients, upload them to the Product Attachments field instead.
