How to Set Up Procurement Hub

Procurement Hub is your master dashboard for viewing all key procurement dates, for all products across all projects. Follow the steps below to learn how to set up Procurement Hub.

Instructions:

  1. Navigate to your Schedule.

  2. Turn on Procurement by clicking on the Three Dot Icon and then switching on the Show Procurement toggle. Once Procurement in switched on, a Procurement tab will show in your top Schedule toolbar.

  3. Click the Procurement tab.

  4. Within the Product row, click the Date Type field, and select your due date from the calendar picker provided. Repeat this process for each date type.

  5. Products with assigned dates will automatically sync to your studio Procurement Hub
