How to add or update your studio information

Enhance your Studio's identity effortlessly! ๐Ÿ’ผ Ensure all your important contact details are added in the Settings section. You can easily access and modify your company information whenever needed. Keep in mind that your Country settings determine the currency and unit of measurement used in your schedules. Follow these quick steps to set up your profile:

Instructions:

  1. In the top left of your screen, click the drop-down arrow to the right of your studio name and select settings.

  2. On the settings page select the Organisation tab.

  3. Complete the form fields including your organisation name, industry, location, tax ID information and contact details.

  4. Click Upload Photo

  5. Select your logo file and click Open. Once your file has been uploaded you can resize the image to suit the frame.

  6. Navigate to the bottom of the organisation page

  7. Add your disclaimer or terms & conditions into the field provided.

  8. Click the save button

Are my Terms & Conditions shared?

Yes, your Terms & Conditions will be visible on your shared and exported schedules.

Is my Logo shared?

Your logo will appear on all shared pinboards, schedules, and even on your schedule PDF exports.

Are my Company details shared publicly?

Your organization's name, industry, location, and contact details will not be publicly displayed. However, they will be included in communications when requesting quotes for products, which saves you time.
