How to add Tags, Notes and URLs to images

Keep your image library organised and easy to search through by adding tags, notes and URLs to your images!

How to add a Tag:

  1. Navigate to the image you would like to tag, either in your Pinboard or in your image library

  2. Click on and image to open the feedback window

  3. Select the + Button under the Tag section

  4. Select a tag from the dropdown list or create a new tag by typing it in and then selecting (+ Add Tag). You can add multiple tags to the saem image to making searching even easier.

  5. Click the Save changes button when done.

How to add a Note:

  1. Navigate to the image you would like to Notate within your Pinboard

  2. Click on and image to open the feedback window

  3. Type in any notes you would like to share with your clients

  4. Notes will appear below each image within your Pinboard presentation view.

How to add a URL:

  1. Navigate to the image you would like to Notate within your Pinboard

  2. Click on and image to open the feedback window

  3. Copy and paste the relevant image URL into the URL field.

  4. Images will have a hyperlinked icon within your Pinboard presentation view which once clicked will take you to the relevant website.

Viewing Options:

You can now tailor your pinboard experience to match your needs. Whether you prefer a comprehensive overview with notes and links showing in your main view or a clutter-free design showcase, these modes offer flexibility and convenience. Let's dive into how you can make the most of these options in your projects.

Presentation Mode:

  1. Locate the play button icon at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click on the play button icon to activate Presentation Mode.

  3. Presentation Mode will remove all notes and hyperlinks from the main view of your pinboard.

  4. To access notes and hyperlinks, simply click into an image on your pinboard.

Detail Mode:

  1. Identify the bullet point list icon positioned at the top right corner of your screen.

  2. Click on the bullet point list icon to enter Detail Mode.

  3. Detail Mode will reveal a snippet of notes and a hyperlink icon within the main view of your pinboard.

Shared Pinboards and Viewing Options:

It's important to note that both Detail and Presentation Modes are available in shared pinboards. This empowers your clients and collaborators to select the mode that aligns with their preferences. By default, pinboards will be shared in Presentation Mode.
