Purchase orders are stored at a Studio level under the Purchase Order dashboard and on a product level under each product's individual detailed view in schedules.
To navigate to the Purchase Order dashboard, click the Purchase Order tab in your left-hand navigation bar. The dashboard stores all your purchase orders across all your different projects and schedules.
Once purchase orders are created, they are stored not only in the project dashboard but also within each individual product's detailed view in schedules. This makes it easy to find and cross-reference POs to products.
To navigate to a purchase order from the detail view:
Click into the relevant Schedule.
Find a product that had been included in the purchase order and click the > icon to the right-hand side.
Scroll down to the Purchase Order tab at the bottom of the detailed view.
Any purchase orders that include this product will be stored as a PDF in the Purchase Order tab for quick and easy reference.
