Welcome to Programa's Image Library, your go-to resource for managing and accessing your studio's favourite imagery. Any image you import into your Pinboards is automatically stored here, creating an organised collection of visuals that can be easily referenced for future projects.

Please note: Our platform's design has recently been updated, so you may notice differences in screenshots and videos in this guide compared to the current layout. The steps and functionality outlined in this guide remains the same.

Adding Images to your Library

  1. Upload Images from your own files by clicking the "Add Image" button to the top right of the screen and selecting "Add from Files"

  2. Upload Pinterest images by selecting the "Add from Pinterest" option in the add image tray.

  3. Any image you add to your Pinboard will automatically save to your Image library

  4. You can also use your Webclipper to add items from any website directly to your library. Click here to read our Webclipper installation guide.

Importing Images from Your Library to a Pinboard

Importing images from your Image library into your Pinboard starts right on your Pinboard page. To begin:

  1. Head to your Pinboard page

  2. Either select the black "+ Add New" button in your top toolbar within your Pinboard or hover your mouse over the section where you want to add the images and select the "+ button."

  3. Select "Import from Image Library"

  4. A slide-out window will appear, allowing you to browse your Image Library. You can make this process even more efficient by using tags to locate the specific images you want to import.

  5. After selecting the desired images, click the "Add" button.

That's it! Your selected images from the Image Library are now added to your Pinboard, ready to enhance your creative projects. With this streamlined process, you can effortlessly access and incorporate visuals that inspire your design work.
