To tidy up your Schedules and remove from view unwanted products, you can choose to delete or archive products. Archiving products will hide it from view, however you are able to retrieve this product information and reinstate it to your Schedule once again.
Deleting a product will remove it entirely from your Schedule and you are unable to reinstate these items. You can do this product by product or you can choose to archive or delete multiple products at once!

How to Archive and Unarchive a Product:
Navigate to the product in your Schedule that you would like to archive.
Click the Three dots at the end of your schedule row to open product options
Select 'Archive' from the options provided. The product will automatically disappear from view
To unarchive a product, click the three dot button in the top schedule toolbar
Toggle on 'Show Archived'
Click the Three dots at the end of the archived product entry to open options
Select 'Unarchive' from the options provided
Toggle off Show archived to hide the remaining archived products
How to delete a Product:
Navigate to the product in your Schedule that you would like to delete.
Click the Three dots at the end of your product row
Select 'Remove from Schedule'
If you are sure you would like to delete the product, then select the red Delete button to confirm. The product will be automatically deleted from your list. Please note, deleting products is permanent. You are unable to reinstate deleted products.
How to archive or delete multiple Products:
Within your Schedule, hover your mouse over the product rows, check the Checkbox to the left of your Product row. You can Multi-select as many products as you like.
Click on the black 'Action' button in the top right hand side of the top toolbar
Select the 'Archive' or 'Remove from Schedule' button
This will Archive or Delete the products you have multi-selected.
